2012: THE MAYAS CHANGED ME

2012 has been a hard year. Last year, was very complicated because my family went through a bad moment.

In March, I started to work in Universidad Central. This work learn to me about how difficult are relationships and to get closer to mature world.

This year is very difficult to me because I get through personal problems but I confront that situation with spiritual exercises.  I went to Kundalini Yoga. This experience change all my life and I realize than life is much more than problems and nothings is impossible when you are okay with yourself.

Today, I been away from my friends because the work and my new lifestyle. I miss them so much and when I have more time, make the most of my friends.

My family are fine and we are so happy to be together, more strong than ever.

I thing this year is a moment to get change in life. I don’t know what Maya’s mean to end of the world, but I thing than we have change ours habits and worry to planets and most important, people.

 

 

My Friends

I don't have a best friend.  I think it is because  I have many troubles with need people. I prefer love people. However  I have closers friends who help me on any occasion and love me like who I am.

At first in the list are my group of school. Maria Paz, Giselle y Barbara. We meet in high school and we became very close. We share beautiful moments, laughter and sadness. In school we sat back and talked very loud.  Was common that teachears will scold us .Now Maria Paz study Ambiental engineering , Giselle study education and Barbara have two childrens, Joaquin y Antonia.

After that, I meet  Maria Paz's friend Daniela. She introduce me other friends and I discovery nice people with which  share a good moments.

 In college I meet people different to me. Was so I became friend of  Josefa and  Nicole.  I love so much, they are always when  I need and they give me good advice. With Josefa frecuently  we fight because are so differents, but  I love her.

Also I have friends who don't see very often, sometimes only for my birthday, but I know are always with me.

Website

One of my favorite website is Veo Verde.  Veo Verde is a website when the nature is the most important thing. The page has interesting articles about recycling, sustentability and ecological design.

This website has six sections:  Today, Energy and resources, flora and fauna, new, science and technology and finally EcoGadgets.

Veo verde is a website concerned with the environment.  In this page all the people who writes there is people who love the Mother Nature.

 I discovered this page because a friend who know all about the nature recommened to me two years ago.

 I visit the website every Sunday morning.  This website helped me to change my life style. Actually my eatings habits are with the environment and today I’m good health too.

I think that environment is very important today because without his gifts the humans cannot be the same.  The challenge is take care of them

Pedro Lemebel

 

I don't like so much reading, I prefer watching tv and seeing movies. But when I want do that, one of my favorites writters is Pedro Lemebel.
Pedro Lemebel is a Chilean writter. He writes about of the underground world of Santiago, prostitution, transformism and homosexuality.

I love two books  written by him : " La esquina es mi corazon" and " Tengo miedo torero". I like him so much because he tells a story with every detail and recreates an atmosphere than you fell in the story, an extraordinary story.

Another thing I like about him is his fight for the right of homosexual people and his work which helps to create conscience about the marginal world and  describe this world that way sounds funny and intersting

The last book he wrote was " El extasis de delinquir" in 2011. His book is about a story of Patricio Egaña, Lemebel's friend that was involved in Spiniak Case.

Allen's God

I like movies since I was a child. I love French movies and Hollywood’s alternatives movies.

 My favorite director is Woody Allen.  He can make every body laugh with his sarcasm. I like all Woody’s movies but the best movie is Annie Hall.

About Annie Hall, this is a story of the relationship with Alvy Singer (Woody Allen), a Newyorker comedian   and Annie Hall ( Diane Keton) a very unsteady actress. The film shows us all faces of a romance when it starts with  charm and finish with a crisis or break up.

This an interesting movie because it joins  drama and comedy resulting in a very good screenplay wich has continued through the years. The film (1977) won four Oscars of five nominations : Best movie, Best director, Best Actriss and Best Original Screenplay.

My Favorite Band

I love music, must be that my father loves music too. At home the radio is always on.
I listen differents styles of music like rock, indie, folk including disco jajaja.
One of my favorite bands ever is King of Convenience, I love them.

They are a Norwegian duet formed for Erlend Oye and Eirik Glambec. This is an acoustic band , they use a instruments like guitars, piano, violin and others. This music sounds like bossanova style and folk.

I knew this band one day when I saw "Misread" video on TV. I fell in love in a minute.

I like Kings of Convenience because they have music for every mood. If I feel sad, I would listen to "Cayman Islands" or "Parallel lines". If I feel happy, I would listen to "Boat behind" or " I'd rather dance with you"

My favorites songs are "Know How" , " Me in you" and " I'd rather dance with you", but to be honest I love all the song of these guys.

I particulary prefer two albums of this band : Riot on an Empty Street and Declaration Of Dependence

About me

My Name is Constanza Sáez Chacoff and i was born in Rancagua, on January 27th, 1990. I live with my parents and my younger brother, Nicolás.  Actually i don't stay to much at home because my work and university are far away  from it and my uncle Ximena gives me some shelter these days.

I studied in two schools. When i was a child, i studied in Manantial's school. When i was in high school, my parents changed me to another school called Alicante. I was the greatest student of my class because my classmate were a lazy people. I always had skill for history and language. At school, draw was the worst nightmare.


After high school, i didn't know what carrer choose. Finally i decided journalism at Universidad de Chile but not too much convinced. At the third year, I started to enjoy my carrer and today i'm very happy with my decision.


Actually I work at Universidad Central in departament of architect and i'm about to finish my carrer.
